Summer 2011 Mission Trip

Central and South America

This has been an amazing year with tremendous opportunities opening up for us around the world, especially in South America. We have waited two years for an invitation to conduct LIGHT schools in Bolivia and urban Peru and now have the green light from church leadership!

In total we would like to conduct 10 one-month trainings in both Central and South America:

4 – Peru

3 – Bolivia

2 – Guatemala

1 – Costa Rica

If you have taken a LIGHT training and would like to share the light you’ve been blessed with please contact us and we will get you a short application. We are mainly looking for people that have taken the 6-month course (aside from some exceptions), and we especially need those that speak Spanish. In addition we are looking for translators even if you haven’t taken any training (you will get it there!).

What would you do??

• help teach our 4-week LIGHT curriculum
• organize and lead out in health expos and door-to-door work
• some sites will have evangelistic campaigns going nightly
• help give the New Beginnings DVD training
• some can also help with cooking and translating

Teachers will be responsible for raising their own travel expense. We will organize the courses and provide the materials. Room & board will be provided by the local church.

Please consider committing one month for the Lord this summer. It may be a life-changing experience for you and will definitely bless the church in these countries. These courses will serve to lay groundwork for further medical missionary work.
